“This marvellously aromatic wine has forward, ripe red and black cherry fruit with lavender, pepper and wood spice notes. The texture is crunchy, light, crisp and fresh, but there is little astringency and a lovely, silky finish. It is a blend of just over a third of each Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc, with Merlot making the balance. All the grapes are from the renowned Argetsinger vineyard and were destemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters
