A 100% demerara rum aged in charred and toasted new American oak barrels, then finished in barrels that held pure Vermont maple syrup. We trade barrels with Wood’s Vermont Syrup Company of Randolph, Vermont, and the Maple Cask Rum has a slight maple infusion and a richness that makes it a great substitute for whiskey in an old fashioned. A true “whiskey drinker’s rum.”
